Party Animal or Wild Child?…

Call them what you will, these happy seniors know how to have a good time and Martha enjoyed designing these wonderful women who, despite their age, know how to have fun. They are part of her series of similar paintings.

Looking at the expressions of the subjects makes the viewer want to laugh, too. They are obviously having such a good time.

Martha wanted to portray happiness, color, and movement while using patterns. This painting nails it on all counts. May you have as good a time painting as these ladies are having sitting on your canvas…
